Panoramic
Journeys in Bhutan - We have made a name designing journeys in Mongolia that allow
our clients to get "under the surface" - to meet the people and get
off the tourist route. When we set up Panoramic Journeys the plan was always add
to our portfolio of destinations over time. Mongolia has been a hard act to follow
- but we think that we have found a place as magical and mystical.
Like
Mongolia, Bhutan is a buddhist country with a rich cultural heritage. As our name
suggests, we like big panoramic vistas that give one a new perspective on life
- Bhutan boasts a few of these of Himalyan proportions. We are excited to now
be offering such unique and intimate experiences in Bhutan. We are working closely
with a small local operator who understands our travel ethos and commitment to
responsible travel.
